Make-up Player Evaluation Schedule & Details:

(If your player attended the Player Evaluation on 2/8/25, DO NOT come to the make-up evaluation, your player will NOT be allowed to participate)

When: Monday, February 10, 2025

Where: Harry Goorabian Park, 425 E Alluvial Ave., Fresno, CA 93720

Schedule:

6:00pm – 7:00pm – League Ages 7, 8, 9 year old players (PLEASE arrive 30 minutes early, Gates open @ 5:15PM)

7:15pm – 8:15pm – League Ages 10, 11, 12 year old players (PLEASE arrive 30 minutes early)

IMPORTANT Details:

1. Player Evaluations are mandatory for ALL League Ages 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12 year old players.  Note: "frozen" players (Manager and Coaches Options) MUST attend Player Evaluation!  League Age 3, 4, 5, & 6 year old players DO NOT evaluate.

2. League age 7 year old players wishing to be considered for AA (Kid Pitch) Division MUST attend one of the scheduled evaluations.  League age 7 year old players that do NOT attend an evaluation will be placed on a Single A (Machine Pitch) Division team.  League age 7 year old players that do attend an evaluation and are NOT drafted into the AA (Kid Pitch) Division will be automatically placed on a Single A (machine Pitch) Division team.

3. Draft Consideration (“playing up”):  Players will evaluate for the Division they registered to participate in (Pinto, Mustang, Bronco).  This does NOT guarantee League Age 7 players a spot in AA, League Age 8 players a spot in AAA, or League Age 10 players a spot in Majors.  Players of these ages MUST BE DRAFTED into these divisions.  If players of these ages are NOT drafted into these divisions, they are GUARANTEED a spot in their League Age designated Division.

4. OPT OUT rules: League Age 7 year old players may OPT OUT of AA Division and are NOT required to attend an Evaluation.  These players will be placed on a Single A Division (machine pitch) team.  League Age 7 players DO NOT come to evaluations unless you wish to play AA (Kid Pitch) Division.  League Age 8 players may OPT OUT of AAA Division consideration, League Age 10 players may OPT OUT of Majors Division consideration.  Parents must indicate their intention to OPT OUT during the check-in process at the Player Evaluation. 

5. What to Bring: Cleats, Glove, Helmet, Bat, Protective Cup, (catcher’s gear only if wanting to evaluate as a catcher).
